In-Season COVID-19 Coverage
You are covered when you need it the most, both now and throughout the season. We have redefined and added our passholder promise to give you the peace of mind you need to plan for next season without any doubts. Qualifying passholders will receive a future-use voucher if Sundown is closed because of COVID-19 between December 15th, 2020 and April 1st, 2021.

For ease and flexibility, we have created a new payment plan for Sundown Mountain Resort Season Passes with our Free Season Pass Financing Option.

- 50% of the balance will be charged 30 days from purchase date

HOW WILL THE VOUCHER VALUE BE CALCULATED?
Vouchers will be offered if either of the following types of COVID-19-related interruptions to operations occur between December 15th, 2020 and April 1st, 2021: a prolonged closure of 21 total days or more, or a continuous closure of seven or more days. Season pass voucher values will be determined on a pro rata formula based on the value of the pass held, a 100-day season, and the number of days lost due to a COVID-19-related interruption. For example, if a season pass value (price paid) is $310, the typical season length is 100, and there is a 23-day COVID-19-related interruption, the value of the voucher for use on a 2021/22 pass would be $71.30.
WHAT IS A VOUCHER?
A voucher is a credit issued to a Passholder that can be applied towards a 2021/22 season pass purchase. Voucher amounts vary by pass type and are based on the product that was purchased for the season.
DOES MY VOUCHER EXPIRE?
Your voucher can be used any time prior to or during the 2021/22 winter season, until 2021/22 pass products go off sale. The voucher may not be applied to a 2022/23 pass purchase.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS FOR MORE THAN ONE PASS OR GIVE IT TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
No. Vouchers are only valid for the assigned guest. They are non-transferable.
CAN I USE MY VOUCHER TOWARDS DAY TICKETS, LESSONS, FOOD/BEVERAGES, OR RETAIL?
No. The vouchers are only valid for 2021/22 Season Passes.
CAN I GET THE VOUCHER I’M DUE SENT TO ME IN A CASH PAYMENT VERSUS BUYING A PASS NEXT YEAR?
No, the voucher has no cash value. Season passes are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable products. We offer Pass Protection at the time of purchase to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances. To be fair to our guests who purchase pass protection, we are unable to issue a cash refund for those who decline.
