2020-2021 Season FAQ
We have had a lot of excitement surrounding the upcoming season as well as questions regarding passes, opening day and COVID-19 mandates. Below are a few FAQ we wish to pass along to you as you prepare for the upcoming season:
I purchased my pass and never received a confirmation email- How do I know it went through?
Please check your spam/junk email for our confirmation email. It comes from email@example.com. If you cannot find that, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before calling into the office.
I purchased my pass and selected shipping but haven’t received it yet- when can I expect to receive it?
We are currently working diligently through our orders and processing them. Due to high volumes, we are working through orders taken end of October to the present for shipping out. Please expect these in the next week or two. If you still have not received your pass – you a) may have financed and we will send out when the last payment is received, or b) we are missing either a waiver signed or a picture did not upload correctly. Please email email@example.com with the name of the passholder and information for additional questions.
I purchased my pass and selected to have it picked up – when can I come to pick it up?
During our pre-season, we are not open full-time hours yet and are trying to limit walk-thru traffic in our business office. When we are staffed in the ticket window, we will have the outdoor window open for people to pick up their passes vs coming inside. Passes can also be picked up on your first day out when the season opens at the outdoor ticket window.
When will you open for the season?
We always attempt to open the weekend after Thanksgiving, weather permitting. Our snowmaking team will begin to make snow as soon as temperatures hold below the 28-degree mark.
What are you doing in regards to COVID & the mandates?
Please check our COVID page for detailed information. If you do not have a season pass, we STRONGLY recommend using our “SmartPass” system. Buy your ticket online by 12:00 the day prior to your visit. Your tickets and rental gear (optional) will be ready for you when you arrive.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you all on the slopes this season!
